WELCOME TO SHELBY CUSTER, BSN, RN 
MEDICAL RESPONSE DIRECTOR
Shelby Custer is Alcor’s newly appointed Medical Response Director. She has a background in emergency first response and fire service, trauma and neurological critical care, and home health with case management (just to name a few), giving her the wide range of medical skills and knowledge for performing the MRD role. She has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is close to obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) in Spring 2023. Shelby was born and raised in Arizona, grew up around rodeo and ranching, and has a family of her own. Her passions include patient advocacy, therapeutic communication and care, and education across the lifespan and healthcare continuum.

Changes to Membership Billing

Beginning October 2022 invoices will be emailed through NetSuite, our new accounting system. We are very excited about the automation this new software will bring to the accounting process.

The image below is what your new invoice will look like and how it should show up in your inbox if you are not signed up for automatic payment. 

If you are signed up for autopay, your card on file will be charged when the invoice is sent at the beginning of the month.
  • At the bottom of the invoice there is a "Click Here to Pay Now" link to securely pay via electronic check or credit card.
  • Member can pay more than the invoice amount, if a previous balance; or member can pay less than the invoice amount.
  • The terms are "Net 30" with payment due within 30 days from the invoice date.
The following are examples of an invoice and payment receipt that will be generated with the new accounting system.

The Alcor 50th Anniversary Conference in June featured a variety of interesting speakers and topics. Over the next few months we will be featuring some of the topics that were covered during this year's conference.

Enrollment is open for Alcor Check-In! Be connected to EMTs 24/7 and have additional features through a supporting app. The team of EMTs will call you to check-in at the frequency of your choice (up to once per day) and notify your emergency contacts if needed.
